This place suits me perfectly! It has great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. I remember the staff helped my elderly parents during my first stay. Highly recommend for a cozy experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

A lovely little and absolutely fabulous hotel, my first choice in Liverpool. Decent place for 3 nights with particularly helpful staff on shift.

Couple's best bet for comfort
The staff was cute, just was like they really cared about our stay. And the shower was fantastic, really powerful water pressure.
A bit pricey, but worth it in the end.

Decent location close to shops and entertainment. Clean beds, a decent spot to crash after a long day.
Small, dark room with limited natural light. The view's just a brick wall. The key system had its hiccups, often needing a reception rescue, and the shower control was more of a mystery than a function. Plastic glass instead of something proper for drinks felt cheap, and an unstable toilet seat just added to the quirks. Generally, not the comfort level I'd hope for, especially considering the price.

Clean room with a comfy bed. Noise from the bar next door was quite distracting at night. Friendly staff and great central location near train station.

The location's a right gem! Close to plenty of bars and eateries like La Parrilla and Smoky Grill. Couldn't ask for more. Plus, the staff were great, cute us like old mates. Our Double or Twin Room was comfy and clean, perfect for a cheeky Liverpool getaway.
Found the entrance a tad tricky among all the shops, but it added to the adventure. Still, with the noise outside, a bit of earplugs would've gone a long way.
